Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or using the garuda4d platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect as soon as you begin using any part of our platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the garuda4d platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
The garuda4d platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. By registering or using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the services is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
To access garuda4d's full suite of services, you will need to register and create a user account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. garuda4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a garuda4d user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using another person's account or information without their consent
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation or illegal activity
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access the platform
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems
- Distributing unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
Garuda4d reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, reporting to the relevant authorities, and withholding account balances, should any of the above rules be violated.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the garuda4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, GrabPay, FPX (online banking), and major Malaysian banks such as Maybank and CIMB.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method. The latest information on these limits can be found on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account. garuda4d reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
All transactions are subject to security checks to prevent fraud and money laundering. garuda4d reserves the right to delay, review, or cancel any transaction suspected of being unlawful. Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be approved.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the garuda4d support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Garuda4d provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, garuda4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Garuda4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time in cases of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, the existing balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the garuda4d platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, and page layouts — is the property of garuda4d or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.

The garuda4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. garuda4d does not control the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Garuda4d reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notices or to the registered email address. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal proceedings relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of these terms, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
